Missing TOURNAMENT-V5 Endpoint (No Corresponding Stub)

There is no coverage of the fairly new endpoint "/lol/tournament/v5/games/by-code/{tournamentCode}". This endpoint fetches the callback that is sent from riot and includes a list of winning and losing puuid's. See link below. There is no STUB for this endpoint.
