More readme info on the "nginx" dashboard

Currently there is no mention there on how to configure it and what it does

As you can see here, there is no service to scrape nginx container. Maybe nginx-prometheus-exporter would be great for this job. But @stefanprodan doesn't give sign of life :/ Maybe I'll fork the project later
