Pulsar Daemon not starting

After clean install of Win10, I installed Kodi and Pulsar, but Pulsar Daemon not started after reboot. In fact, it says that I must restart XBMC before using Pulsar (I've restarted Kodi many times). Feel free to ask any questions that might help to solve the problem.
