missing required feature: account recovery

The following three commands:

    (request_account_recovery)
    (recover_account)
    (change_recovery_account)

If this is going to replace cli_wallet (looks like it is), it needs to fully support account recovery.

If you want to replace cli_wallet, I urge you to consider re-writing the steempy cli. Its a mess, and it could be done a lot better.
