Don't send extra IP packets

The time-out value is different in android and iOS. After the last IP Hop, android seems to take a lot more time compared to iOS. For example: I did a trace-route to the same location where android took 9264 ms while iOS took 3971 ms. I tried it with a few other locations and the trend was same.
