Low battery level out of nowhere(20%)
So apparently today app started doing some weird stuff, at first it connects airpods, everything seems fine, but after some time 15-30mins it shows 20% and low charge alert, when it was 95% when i connected them, and they were in case for few hours.
Hi. Upload the log files here. Maybe the MagicPods found other AirPods near your PC and took battery information from it
Happened 3 times in a row, and after i just connect airpods to my phone and it didn't even happened once in 40 minutes
just happened again
and now back to showing normal charge, idk what happens tbh. to normally use them now i need to turn off application completely
Does someone else use the AirPods near your location?
We can try to collect more log data
- Open the MagicPods
- Go to the support page
- Click logo until the page refreshes (5-10 clicks)
- Go to the general settings page, scroll down, and change log level to trace
- Exit MagicPods thought tray icon
- Run the MagicPods
When it happens again send the log files.
Did what you said, but apparently when person that was sitting behind me left (radius in app was set to 45) problem no more appeared from the time of your message to my reply right now. I have no idea what was the cause of the issue still

It is the cause. Unfortunate the Apple does not allow to identificate the AirPods, so i use the algorithm to separate your AirPods from others. Looks like there are to many AirPods around and the MagicPods can't detect which is yours.
I try to find the better way to detect AirPods, but for now it maximum of that i can give to users
