Subnet device scan doesn't work on Samsung

On Samsung, I get no results at all. Also no errors. Might this be related to Android version 11? On the Huawei device I use for development, it worked flawlessly, and that device is stuck on Android 9.

No results on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, and also a recent Samsung flagship phone, don't know the exact model.

Any ideas for what could be wrong?
