An app/algorithm/backend/repo specifically designed to be an open consortium for research publication, trust, peer review.

The most directly applicable thing for the consumer would be publishing research via arxiv (or its more open competitor) in addition to storing it on storj.io or similar, and tracking citations and peer review here.

Goal is to become a decentralized research ecosystem, as research was originally envisioned to be.

NOTE

This project may not be worked on if enough people don't express interest. Timing is mostly everything, as they say.
