Minimac4: commercial license for pharma company usage?

I am wondering do we need commercial license to use Minimac4 in pharma company?

No, you do not. Minimac4 is licensed using GPLv3, so you can use it commercially. But if you distribute modified versions or derivative works of Minimac4, then that software would need to be open source.
