Error 404 new taxonomy entries

Bug description

When I add an entries to a taxonomy list and click URL open btn, the site shows an error 404. After running php artisan optimize:clear the entry is shown. I tried it with disabled half caching and it's still an issue. Multi-site is enabled. Watcher is disabled.

How to reproduce

1. Multi-site
2. Add taxonomy-list
3. Add entry
4. Click show url
