[6.x] Translations for color modes are not applied in Command Palette

Bug description

Toggle Theme > Dark Toggle Theme > Light Toggle Theme > System

The term "Toggle Theme" will be changed in a later alpha version, but in alpha-18 it is used as such. If you change the CP to German, neither this phrase nor the options (Dark, Light…) pick up the translations when you search for them.
