[Feature] Add playback rate increase/decrease hotkeys to scene player
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes there are parts of scenes that are a little boring but still contain information needed to move the story along. Changing the playback speed to something like 2x is nice to get through these sections, but it can be annoying to have to use the UI via mouse to increase and decrease the playback speed. Likewise, dropping back to 1x speed once the boring parts are done is another series of clicks and UI involvement.
Describe the solution you'd like
The scene player hotkeys should include key bindings for changing the playback rate like YouTube has, i.e. <(SHIFT+,) to decrease and > (SHIFT+.) to increase.
Describe alternatives you've considered The existing UI options are not sufficient to meet this need. I looked through existing Issues and didn't see anyone mention this feature specifically before. Please let me know if I missed it.
