Try installing v0.2.55 of stashapp-tools.

pip install stashapp-tools==0.2.55

Can confirm upgrading from stashapp-tools 0.2.42 to 0.2.55 also fixed my issue, thanks @DogmaDragon.

Maybe there's some better way this could be surfaced? Maybe the TPDBMarkers plugin can specify min version of the dependency?
