[Feature] Industry Award winners/nominations

I'd like to see the capability for Stash to manage award winners and nominees - for example AVN or XRCO awards - through its own dedicated "Awards" section, available through the header.

Some awards are for the performers themselves, and some are for scenes. The key is having ability to link existing performers or scenes to awards in that list. So for example, adding a performer-based award "AVN Female Performer of the Year 2021" and tying it to Emily Willis' stash page would also denote this win on her page, along with a ribbon or trophy icon.

And on the Awards page, adding a scene-based award should allow us to link to that scene page - again causing the scene to be denoted with a ribbon or trophy icon and a description of the award won.

As a bonus, performers or scenes with awards could have a small trophy icon visible in the card view, and their record filterable by a field like "Awards Won". Here is an example card view with 3x performer of the year Angela White.

One additional thought since award history is static information - is the performer/scene award history better managed in StashDB and then imported to an individual's stash instance? I guess that depends on what the community believes are the relevant awards to be tracking, and if we want to leave the capability for custom awards from less known publications.

Letting StashDB track the award data would require some new fields in both Stash and Stashbox, but would save end users a lot of time manually adding awards for each scene/performer in their individual Stash instances.

Either way, I would still like to see the Award page and card view features in Stash.

This is quite interesting! I would also like to see which video has the industry award or nomination.

I agree with @sleetx , Award Categories and Award Winner data can easily be scraped from here --> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AVN_Awards

Would this be for total awards won, or only awards for scenes in your stash? I am not sure if would be helpful to say a performer has 50 awards if none of those scenes are in your database.

Perhaps it could be both, and you could choose from the options page.

Also the type of awards might be important. Some awards may be more prestigious than others. But if it Lumps them all together, it could be confusing.

If you were going to do this, then it would be cool to support other sources of awards. Manyvids, for instance, has regular contests and awards, and these are searchable in their GUI.

Yeah, I would think all Awards types of Awards would be acceptable.

I guess the feilds it would need would be: Award Name Winner (Performer/Scene/Movie/Studio) Year/Date Award Distributer Link Image?

Not sure how the links to the Winner would work, I don't think they can have a choice from all of them. The Award Distributer can probably be setup as a Studio with a Tab in the Studios page.

I think "Award Distributor" should be its own data type. None of Fleshbot, PornHub, ManyVids and AVN are really studios, and yet they give all give coveted awards. I suspect that if I know of 5 award-giving porn organizations off the top of my head, that this really means there are 50 super relevant ones...

I'm going to close this as out of scope for core stash. This should be considered as a UI plugin.

Apologies because I think I must've accidentally downvoted this back in the day.

As a data source for this concept, IMDB tracks any and all awards (and nominations), historical and contemporary, for scenes, movies, and performers, on their respective pages. It's easy to scrape as well.
