I can't seem to find any documentation on this. How exactly do I use this plugin and what is it supposed to do?

I assume it should be creating markers automatically but how do I get it to do this and what sort of markers is it suppose to be creating?

It should show buttons in the "Edit" tab. But it seems to be broken at the moment...
