Windows compatibility?

Hey there, I was wondering if there's any chance to add MingW compatibility for this project?

I do not have a Windows computer. So, I cannot do and test it. But if some one can make a PR, it will be welcomed.

BTW, are the related APIs in MingW same as general GCC.
