iOS: tags/folders tree should also have toggles

On the Mac desktop app tags/folders have toggles that make it possible to hide subfolder:

On the iOS app the entire nested tag/folder structure is visible and this cause me to scroll back and forth a lot when I have many nested tags:

It would be great to have a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.

Also the terms should be consistent. In the desktop apps it says "Folders", on mobile it says "Tags". Semantically both terms are not interchangeable.

If there are no nested tags, the term "Tags" makes sense, as soon as there is one nested tag, the term "Folders" is better. With the caveat I described in this issue: https://github.com/standardnotes/forum/issues/1558.

We don't have an official tracker of sorts, but feel free to follow releases at the link here. We keep a changelog there for what's included in each new release.
