Read and set parameters

Add functionality that makes it possible to read and write parameters to a node. That`s done with the "Configuration" command class.

I could use this so i could change philio PAN04-1B to be controlled by pulse rather than edge node. config parameter 4: 1.Edge mode 2.Pulse mode 3.Edge-Toggle mode
