Allow user to select renderer version

Followup to https://github.com/stamen/maperture/issues/174

We decided to upgrade mapbox-gl to the latest in Maperture. As a followup, let's use package aliases to install mapbox-gl at the latest 1.x.x and 2.x.x versions to allow a user to choose between them.
