Show full tx cost breakdown before sending

I renewed an ID using Blockstack Browser and the actual fees paid were about 8x the estimated cost shown in the browser.

Blockstack Browser should show a full, accurate, itemized breakdown of the cost of a transaction before the user signs and sends the transaction.

For example:

Renew example.id Renewal fee: 0.0001 BTC Mining fee: 0.0000088 BTC at 5 sat/vB Total: 0.0001088 BTC
