The user can login successfully in chrome but when using firefox the screen loads forever and they are never taken into the app.

Hey Tim - did you repro this? I was not able to repro with Dmails on Firefox. It's possible there was a network connection issue.
I confirm that it is working smoothly, we tried to logout and login again with no problem.
we captured a video for the login process and here is the link if you would like to check.

DCLOUD I was able to reproduce the error in Firefox with Dcloud it is a valid bug with dcloud and our browser. We have an auth issue redirecting back to Dcloud and the user gets an infinite spinner.

DMAIL The Dmail issues is a bug on the Dmail side with out our browser. The link does not work in a Firefox browser even without our browser auth. Just going to the link itself is not possible in the Firefox browser.
DMAIL
The link https://app.dmail.online/ does not work with a firefox browser the issue is not blockstack browser is it dmail rendering in Firefox even without our browser

DCLOUD
The Dclouds bug however is an auth issue. When a user attempts to login with a blockstack ID they run into an infinite spinner in Firefox

I've got the same issues, but with Brave & Firefox in win&linux
Dclouds.online and dmail.online both work for me on Firefox 70.0.1 in Linux, Windows, and MacOS. The Linux and Windows tests were performed on fresh OS installations.
Is this bug still reproducible for anyone? Seems like it was a problem with those apps, and has since been fixed?
I can reproduce this consistently with the web app in Firefox 70.0.1 Here is a video: http://somup.com/cqlh2ifvis
Lets zoom call so I can show you the bug, here is a screenshot of the error console as well.
The screenshot that @timstackblock included definitely looks like an error that would happen on the Dclouds side - their service worker is not being registered, and there are other exceptions as well.
