Install as service failed

I try to double click Install as Service.bat to install DNSAgent as service but I can't found DNSAgent in services management. Then I run commend DNSAgent.exe --install in a command prompt runned as Administrator, it succeed. Windows 10 10240

Right click. "Run as Administrator" on Service.bat. Not double click?
