[Feature request] [self-hosted] almighty api key

In Svix, there's a quite nice feature of an almighty god mode api key only setup by env var. It can do everything, bypassing acl everywhere.

This would be so handy to have access to the internal API at very low cost (to create projects and more). Could we have this?
