Added non semantic dependency version

attempt to resolve #1 specifying the pre dependency resolves the dependency issues for gems which do not follow semantic versioning 2.0.0

Semantic version calls for MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH-ALPHA.UPDATE. Note the hyphen (-) after the patch number. eco-source has replaced the hyphen (-) with a period (.) and hence rubygems is unable to categorize the RC as a version at all.
