Place action targets inside the selected block when facing a vertical surface from the South or East

What you expect to happen: When using the spell 'place block' on a vertical surface (dirt block surrounded by empty space) I expect a block to be placed on the surface facing the player

What actually happens: A MagicBlock only appears when facing North or West. When facing South or East no block appears. Further testing using 'additional' descriptors shows this is because the target for block placement becomes the targeted block itself - instead of the space in front of it.

This is a recent bug, so probably caused by commit 2b3450a99849aa44c7f0d9d021172ea2e4c1329a
