Steps to reproduce
Hi ! I really like your software ! I'm using explorer patcher to bring back a windows toolbar.
The fix that you made in https://github.com/srwi/EverythingToolbar/issues/685 seems unreliable. The deskband never close when its a file or a executable (.exe, .ink) that is clicked or opened. It work when its a folder around half the time (the first time I click a folder, it doesn't close, the second time, it normally close).
Thing is, it seems to close for a frame or two and then reopend immediately (flashing).
Curiously, the issue is only when the "desactivate animation" settings is enabled.
Expected Behavior
The deskband close when we open a file, a executable or a folder.
Actual Behavior
The deskband doesnt close. (for folder the deskband effectively close but not everytime)
