Add portable installation

Hey! Thanks for the program! Please make EverythingToolbar portable.

Thank you! Unfortunately EverythingToolbar needs to be registered in the Windows registry which is not compatible with the whole idea of portable apps so this can not be implemented.

NSIS\PAF\SFX portable write data to the real FS and the registry, and after the portable is closed, they are deleted by the launcher. SANBOXIE portable writes data to a temporary registry branch and to a sandbox. APPV and APPX\UWP emulate filesystem and registry. Please consider any of these variants for distributing the program.

The real benefit of Everything search tool comes with a full install and so its makes no sense to have a portable Toolbar.
