Regenerate the mds using 0.15.2

I have fixed the broken license links in Modelforge 0.15.2, so we should regenerate everything.

Doing this today. It seems:

  1. README.md files in come of the top level directory are missing: suprisingly it is the most recent.
  2. When they are not, they are blank.

I am guessing there is some issue with modelforge, I will regenerate everything.
