Relative rewind and seek (+/- 30s instead of fixed marks at 0:00, 0:30, ...) and customize rewind/seek independently

Many modern remotes don't have dedicated fast-forward and rewind buttons. Separating relative seeking from "quantized" seeking doesn't really make sense in 2025 :P
