add manager-head file and favicon to Storybook

Response to Issue Add favicon for Storybook #73

  • Created a manager-head.html file in the Storybook folder
  • Created a 32x32 Icon from the Logo to be used as a Favicon
  • Added the icon to the images Folder

Tested it both in Dark Mode and Light Mode browser and it seems fine
