aarch64 support or build?

Enlightened by another #143 , I guess the "Native library not available" err I met when I import akshare is due to that the vps is an aarch64 based Ubuntu.

Steps to reproduce

Install and then import akshare on an aarch64 Ubuntu vps

Expected behavior

Import akshare successfully.
