scaling parameters not running

hi :) -s paramater force full screen not runnig.please check control ?

Hey, as far as I can tell balanced full screen and forced full screen do the same thing. However they definitely seem to be working (i.e. stretching to fill the monitor). Is there any error message or does it just not do anything?
