Feature Request: Enable / Display Resizing

I found your tool and its really nice! I've had a look at the NVAPI myself, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to enable and disable Resizing for my display using it. I'm sadly not familiar in Rust, so i'm not able to do it on your project my self. Could you point me in a direction for C or C#, or if its not much to ask for, implement it in your solution?
