Switch SimpleRichText block and field to use RichText features

This will introduce an incompatibility for Wagtail before 1.12, but greatly simplifies the code.

I would characterise these block features as not that necessary, given the feature support, but probably worthwhile just updating them for the sake of backwards compatibility.
