Forced discharge (by user) prevented by predbat_best_soc_keep setting

Describe the bug As discussed, "predbat_best_soc_keep" will prevent a user initiated forced discharge (from the slot override options) from discharging the battery beyond the threshold set. I think you said this logic was originally implemented to manage Predbat planned discharges.

Expected behavior If a user chooses to force a behaviour through an override, then it should override any other logic. In this case I would have expected my battery to discharge below the SOC Keep threshold (as I told it to)
