Add some indication of already checked dependencies when initializing

Hi

I would be quite more convenient if there'd be some inditication of dependencies already chosen. I mean something like a list along the "dependencies" line of initializer process, I'm aware of those checkboxes beeing in use already, but when scrolling through other options they are not visible. Now, it's pretty easy to overlook adding a dependency that was primary intended to be involved in a project.
