Broken Asciidoctor includes

There used to be three directories for core, Kafka, and Rabbit. Those are gone now. As a result, the following include (and the other two, for core and Rabbit) breaks:

include::{stream-docs-basedir}/kafka/spring-cloud-stream-binder-kafka-docs/src/main/asciidoc/spring-cloud-stream-binder-kafka-aggregate.adoc[leveloffset=+1]
