Deprecate use of Gitter

  • [ ] List Gitter channel as deprecated/inactive (follow what spring-cloud-task did)
  • [ ] Remove references in docs (SCDF ref guide, Sagan pages, anywhere else??)

Added mention to closing the channel in the gitter channels

Re-opening as we still need to remove Gitter from ref guide (and any other docs it is in).

removed in ref docs. no mentions in the dataflow.spring.io web site or https://spring.io/projects/spring-cloud-dataflow pages.
