Enter old style of CTR props on Free text do not transition to builder text

1. Create CTR ts0630a with definition t1:timestamp&&t2:timestamp
2. Launch this ts0630a
3. Select the FreeText tab.
4. Enter app.ts0630a.t1.timestamp.format=YYYY
5. Select Builder tab
6. The property does not appear. Go back to the FreeText tab, and the entry is missing.

Repeat the steps above, but don't go to the builder tab. And launch. Then relaunch the task and it works as expected.
