How to increase precedence of Consul property source ?

Hello,

We are trying to upgrade to spring boot 2.4.x (from 2.3.x). And the precedence of the consul property sources seems to have changed. Earlier consul property sources had higher precedence over systemProperties and systemEnvironment. Now it has changed to lower precedence than the two system property sources. Is there a way to make Consul higher precedence than systemProperties/systemEnvironment?
