Support for Check Suite Events

Hi

In our application we are receiving events (webhook payloads) for check-suites and I couldn't find any implementation that transforms these events/payloads (at least not here ). We subsequently want to add custom checks to these check-suites. If it's not implemented then may be I could do a PR, would that be OK.
