Is the "approval comitee" for commercial apps using this sdk non-operational?

In vain, we have made several attempts to contact Spotify via the "developer site", closely obeying the questionnaire therein presented for such approval. Last time was Nov 11 2020. It seems absolutely impossible to get in contact with this team, and therefore, in a kind of dispair sine we intend to launch our app, I ask here how to succeed with this approval procedure?

I must be a bit blunt: If you invite a global community to develope software with Spotify features you have said A. And then it is a natural expectation that you are also willing to say B.
