Hi @spooknik, I noticed your to-do list includes defeating the idle timeout while paused. This little macro does exactly that and I have been using it with FLAP successfully for a few weeks.

[idle_timeout] timeout: 1800 gcode: {% if printer.pause_resume.is_paused %} M118 Idle timeout while print paused, turning off hotend SET_HEATER_TEMPERATURE HEATER=extruder TARGET=0 {% else %} M118 Timeout, heaters/motors OFF TURN_OFF_HEATERS M84 {% endif %}
