TinyMCE doesn't use media sources

I started a discussion on the MODX forums regarding the TinyMCE's lack of an ability to take advantage of Media Sources.

It should be possible to have a great degree of control over the Media Source TinyMCE is restricted to use based on various criteria such as User, Template, etc.

I'm guessing that perhaps MODx core may not have exposed the ability for components such as RTEs to use Media Sources in this way, so perhaps some functionality needs to be added to MODX core before RTEs can have this capability, but Mark Hamstra suggested I file the bug here first.

Sorry it took me so long to do so. I am kind-of surprised nobody else has done so yet.
