Ability to exclude visitors based on experiment

Consider this a feature request

Right now, exclude_visitor? isn't aware of the experiment from which it should exclude the visitor. It's possible you'd want to vary whether a visitor is excluded based on other metadata.

I think this could be achieved by passing the experiment to exclude_visitor? if it is available (would a PR be welcome for this change?)
