Change a users group?

If a user is put in group a, but I want to move it to group b, is there a method to do so?

This would be really handy for testing all the buckets on one account. It's fine—better, even—if that user doesn't count toward results. Ideally, it would count toward results (so we can see it's being recorded properly) but be easy to remove from results (so we can test it in production without skewing results.)
