[Feature Request] page links in browsable output tables

Hi,

I am currently using the 'max' parameter to limit the number of entries in output tables. The output tables in my wiki are thus browsable (links for next/previous page at the bottom).

The 2 following modifications would make my life much easier:

  • Links for Next/Previous pages being present at both the bottom and top of browsable output tables
  • Links for First/Last pages (in addition to the already-present next/previous links)
