Change "acquire" command during a hold/freeze

Make it something like "harold acquire-with-approval" and reject plain "harold acquire" so that it's much more explicit and obvious that the user is doing a deploy outside of convention.

Just had to coach a snoobie who was doing an r2 deploy during a salon hold not to do this, because they didn't notice the hold.
