Bullet point inside the p tag shows ? in pdf

In my pdf generation bullet points are appeared inside the p tag. I think clients are copy and pasting from some source it appears fine in html. But it is showing "?" as in PDF how can i correct this?

I am using the font Arial. Can any one suggest a solution for this
