how do i install this plugins on windows 10???

Not involved in Code::Blocks anymore. If there's an easy way to build a maintainable installer for the plugins I'm happy to help but back when I was involved there wasn't so I just built from source from time to time. I last built it a some years back but I don't think it would take too much work to update the plugins for API changes.
